1. Good exposure for freshers wanting experience in the private debt markets.

  • Skill development - Good

Dislikes

1. The firm is highly unstructured regarding data management, task allocation and work distribution. 2. The senior management lacks professionalism and maturity in behaviour. 3. The HR is pathetic and will delay every single item since day 1. 4. No work-life balance. Seniors will make you wait back even when not required. 5. Expect 60-70% of daily tasks to be something you haven't signed up for and don't fall in your job profile.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
