Timely salary currently is the only motivation to keep working here

Lack of Communication from top management. No work life balance. Work on sat and sunday. Management unclear and hesitate to talk directly with channel partner over the Challenges faced by them. Poor policies for employees. No empathy for field employees. Not a good pay master.

Job is secure but compensation is very bad no wifi support, if you ask any of the management or HR they would be saying we are "thinking", "devicing strategy". Many joiners have not given raise from as long as 2 years. Work life balance is good. It looks like there strategy is to hire new employees every years instead of giving raise to old. You won't believe but you get more compensation in first year then in next two years.

It’s great team and it is a complete team work organisation. Where department head allows me to think creatively and implement the some process.Good place to develop skills and technology knowledge

Assigning work by Managers not based on performance.Basic pay is not based on designation and performance

...at nissan provides best customer service with taking care of their employees. Salary and insensitive's are quite good in nissan. It provides job security also working environment was so good as i said nissan really take care of their employees while. So i got many opportunities to learn how a good company works and you should be actively work under such companies

I dislike nothing. It was too good to work under such environment
