Salary is decent but career growth is slow. HR policies very poor.Salary is not provided to its employees on time and neither their PF is deposited nor F&F gets.

Not at all as there is always a salary delay of 2 month.i never got the salary on time even today also havant recived a salary of november month.there is no bonus since last three years.no dress no shoes.company never send bill on time.as a middle class person i m facing lots of difficulties because there no salary on time and no bonus since last three years

...s working hard day and night not only normal condition but also in covid19 time. So I request u please give salary to those are not feeling well and not able to come office at that time.

...giving 21 paid leaves in a year, and every employees is having rights to get it. Because every employees is not only security guards but also the human even he has right to get it paid, and if he is not taking the leave whole yrs, then he should get the 21 days salary end of the year.

Good people working over here but senior gives opportunity only those worker who ready to become chamacha for them. No scope for smart work and hard work.

Getting late salary (almost 3 month), no bonus got from 3 year, gratuity pending from year. Think twice before join Nisa.
