There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No proper management, if you are called for an interview for a higher position they don't mean to hire you unless your salary is below 75K. They will learn strategies from you that's the objective so beware of sharing strategies.

Nothing good to say about Nirvana Realty . Very bad company . Useless company . He and all management is useless

NIRVANA REALTY is a very very useless company. There is no management, HR AND ALL MANAGEMENT IS USELESS,No job security,There is no future growth, they just hire and fire employees within 2/3 months.No work is done systematically. It's been 3 months since I left the job and company hasn't done the FNF DOCUMENS. They are using abusing words on floor in employees .VERY VERY VERY USELESS COMPANY NIRVANA REALTY.

for site engineer who are in initial stage of carrier can work here for gaining knowledge.and site facilities are okay for workers.

All departments are under owner of company no management no work herarchy. 1person have to work for all department even housekeeping,horticulture n all.

Its like working in a family. The company is on the rise so there is scope for career growrh. Festivities are celebrated with all staff members. Training and workshops have started happening.
