The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Niro is good , geving you a space from work, social life, 2023 did very good bonus.

Morbi culture is not ok, Business is good, but work is very complicated, work flow not systematic, Pepole unable to perform due to Internal politics and trust issues. No proper policy, should be one company one policy on global level.

Nothing that I can say likings about this organization, even most senior management personnels are so currepted that they never give chance to grow local persons

Everything is dislikes except job security. But no use of job security where have lot of politics, they will not allow you to work ethically.

Nothing to like in this company, just cheating India, and Management never admires any of Indian personals

Dislikes

Many things are there, cheats India by Indian entity with cheap group policy only for India in terms of profit margins, and they are not doing well. Management does not take care for India employees, but if you left and come back again than they say ohh you are goo employee.
