Salary of juniors are due of around 7to 9 month.. no appraisal My own projects manager was just a draughtsman and one of my colleagues in electrical department was pursuing his Be from last 10 years... project of Mulund of Residential projects 35 is in work progress from last 12 years. Hr just sit there and tell you lie.. Worst company....

It's a really great company to work for if you can manipulate people to get things done. Please dont waste your time here if you're at starting point of your career, your direct bosses are not supportive and hold grudges if you go to the management.

Dislikes

Everything since I was not welcomed by the employees but if you can manage to play sheep then it's one of the best organisation for you, sadly I am not a herd animal and doesn't respond well to threats.

It's like a HR company more importance is given to the HR head and his team and all other departments are treated as zero. HR head is the king and free to do whatever he likes. Many many sincere, hardworking and good staff members( who have put in 18 to 20 years of service have lost their jobs because of HR . Management does not help does whatever HR says. Salaries of so many staff is still pending I. e 2017 onwards and they are removed from office without notice is this justice. .

Work Life Balance is good, No Work Pressure.

Management is terrible. They don't pay salaries at all, Staffs payments are remaining by more than 12 Months as of. 2019.The company doesn't even care on paying there staffs, site staffs are worst hit.Please don't join if you want a good future.
