Appraisal is not regularly,just delayed and dont increase just penny amount, Work life balance is worst depend upon only one employee, to much office politics. Management level don’t recognise or appreciated employee

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good company to start career. Will recommend to work for max 2-3 years n move on for better opportunities

Single owner orientated company. Motivate you to keep working hard n pay you less during appraisal.

Does not value your qualification, experience HR and managers are very biased they do not support in any work they only listen to HODS even if they are wrong HR is like a puppet to them

Higher education doesn't matter. HR policy are not employee centric. Local employee ignored and taken as granted.
