Growth, Opportunity, Work Satisfaction, Manager and HOD appreciation, Healthy culture without Politics and Job Security plus company giving health insurance. HOD also supportive in work as well as in trainning, learning and doing something. If stuck he is ready to work with you on your desk for hours which means giving full attention etc. All seniors are very polite. Transport reimbursement. If anyone is not doing anything extra to learn them teaching them with the advantages and disadvantages. HOD always trying to give more more and more in terms of knowledge.

Dislikes

Low salary in comparison with other companies in same industry, otherwise large size canteen, proper desk, system and HOD support to each and everyone.
