Organization was like home until Covid, There was a lot of scope and satisfaction. We dedicated our career to Nirmaan without second Thought. Then arrived Covid in the form of human.

...nd projects but markets himself as a monk. Totally one sided and a psychopath. Everyone should bow down, else he keeps grudge and he wantedly delays salary saying stupid reasons, doesn't provide reimbursements and makes the work environment hell until you resign by yourself. He can put anyone's life at stake for his ego. A group surrounds him who always praise for their job security. Totally immatured and abnormal, being in such position, will prefer making reels than focusing on the development of the ccompany. Never saw 5 CEOs for one company...

Management, Flexibility, supportive, transparent, loads of learning it's just amazing no stress no pressure it is a really amazing company for service oriented people. Just amazing!!!
