1.Petrochemical Industry 2.Excellent for beginners to start their carrer (Vadodara Unit) has good exposure to all major process equipments and process. 3. Documentation. 4. Safety& Maintenance.

1. Salary is disappointing not increases even if you stay for more than 5 years w.r.t other companies. 2. If you plan to spend Initial 2 years of your career then good but not worth to spend more. 3. Management behaviour is Worst and not knowledgeable and do lot of micromanagement.

Job security at nirma is very good.rules are libral higher authorities behave better if we compare other industries in same field.

...munication,how to present you self in corporate world, reporting to authority. Starting salary is too low. Pramotions are poor as in there is very low difference in good employee and bad employee

Increment per year is better. Working location is better.

In company no any policy for the promotion and after many years of experience Salary growth is less. Too much work but no satisfaction from upper level staff.

For initial career, its good. Lots of learning opportunities, it consists of Process plant & almost all utilities like, boiler house, pump house, RO/DM plant, cooling tower, H2 plant, N2 plant, tank farm& loading & unloading points. Good working environment. Team mates are good & helpful.

Less salary, little bit politics.

Very good experience while working at Nirma LTD, Gain lots of experience it's helped me to grow up for further career build up.

Dislikes

At my time salary part is very compair to other industries, now I heard it was taken care by company, other was hectic shift timings during our time, at present do not what was measured taken.
