Cooperative staff, friendly environment.

Dislikes

Increase in production which ultimately resulted in problem of maintaining 5s. Also officials in higher position consider that this is due to supervisor's inability to maintain control and they don't take responsibility to irradicate the dirty environment. Also due to increase in production and dirty environment performances of machine reduce drastically.

The company last 4 years creating a politics atmosphere,This is very affecting our job culture for that reason company business growth very poor in this time ,If this situation not take over immediately then will be closed in future.

Dislikes

Where required in solid work culture,there are so many politics in management label, This are not fare in work place.
