i like the niraamaya concept but they did not keep staff and if staff left the job they are not reddy to pay Clarence amount and they never give any mail reply if staff ask anything

...u want to go , go if staff said anything or ask they will give warring latter. salary also not on time

Lot of things, They don't have any plan to revamp existing property,they dont do anything for Staff welfare, they are reluctant to give any kind of facilities even the operations head also above all their poor focus on existing property actually cost the staff dearly.

Poor work culture. Very bad staff accommodation . Full and final settlement is not credited even after 4 months . No job security. Under staffing . No proper vendor payment . No protection for ladies . They are even dare to questing a lady manager in a closed guest room without any lady presence.No job security.

Good team to work with, continues training , career growth is there , every year salary appraisal is there.very nice location work with nature . Work life balance is there.

Dislikes

There is not bad about.We should adjust accordingly even at bad or good.
