Good working calture, management is so funny , managers are only enjoying ,but remaining employees financially conditions is so horrible😱😱 They are living depending on their parents Company taking growth but employee become poor day by day....

HR department has nothing having any role expect employee salary, They don't have any policy for employees. Welfare. Only higher management taking facilities Other staff becomes so poor horrible.....

Worst ever experienced seen in nipro . Poor experience got from nipro . Culture is too much bad .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very worst salary structures Very poor HR policies. Didn't care Old & honest employees No importance & care of employees Nothing gives extra benefits & facilities are very poor Employees family doesn't have medical facilities Nothing promotional opportunity in section Higher person newly imported from other companies but department person didn't get promotions. No any training programs organized by company No any bonus facility &yearly functional programming organised by company Company doesn't care about employees They always told to old employees leave the company but he can't gives any facilities instead appreciations.
