There is too much office politics going on. Manager do favor only his servants . They don't like to do any job for branch making profit. They only know how to pull legs of colleagues. Poor control by Head office at branch.

The Japanese work culture.They have a bond with the customerand that bond helps in better customer satisfaction.the company policy is good. Appraisal as per industry standards.

The profile is relatively less as compared to the competitors.Growth is relatively slow.less of leave.
