While seeing all the comments i felt these are not a genuine review. You will never get salary on time. They never respect employees. If you join as a a Fresher no salary for 6 months after that you will get INR 4k.

Salary part they are good as provide Salary by 10th of every month. But it depends on attendance. On initial phase it can be more than 1 and half month also untill MPR not received.

...hance to serve notice period also so that you can find any other jobs meanwhile. No PF, ESI, MEDICAL means no any others benefits provided by them except salary.

They lack employee engagement, there is lack of proper appraisal systems. Even salary is never on time, they manage to delay by a day or two everytime.

There is nothing to like in this organization. No salary on time and no response of your calls and emails even after multiple follow-ups. Even no response was getting from company head and HR about salary or any doubts. To be jobless is good but don't join this organization. HR and account departments makes wrong commitment about salary and projects.
