Nothing to be liked about. If you are selling their rotten vegetables to client by putting your own pocket money and under cutting, then you are good and decent employee, and if you are not selling like this then you will be put in PIP for 7 days, and will be thrownout of organisation in no time. They can even throw you without giving notice period , one of my collegue was fired just like that. Not a good company to work. If someone wants to spoil their career, Please go ahead, Ninjacart's doors are opened for you .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but careert growth is slow

...ction etc. Company is providing supply chain solution in fruit and vegetables. Salary comes on time. But yet didn't get incentive. And it is lapsed due unexpected reason. Balance between life and work is not possible specially for married having child. Any time meeting will be fixed with senior management.
