Good work environment and culture Teammates and Manager are supporting any time. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Company is good work time is not satisfied and any time emergency we are going to office,and transfer to one department to another department.

A sinking ship in terms of culture. Extreme micromanagement in fintech teams and toxic works culture and rules. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Good tech leads are getting fired. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. HR are not really taking concern and action about the problem or issues raised, only doing the formalities to just connecting with employees.

Likes

Good salary & benefits. Fast paced environment that results in good learning opportunities. Flexible work hours & support of coworkers incase of any personal emergencies. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

Appraisals aren't satisfying enough. Promotions are limited. 7 days working week resulting in a not so good work-life balance.

...panding and a clear path for growth not visible here for next 3 years atleast 6. Company didn't pay out competitive increments and annual bonus where in many cases they paid out peanuts in 2023 7. External hiring is promoted compared to internal promotions 8. Organizational restructuring keeps happening every quarter leading to mis management 9. Even though it's a startup there's surprisingly a lot of bureaucratic process leading to slow delivery to clients 10. Company doesn't keep good focus on employee feedback and even when they do, they don't act promptly or satisfactorily on it.
