Whatever project I handled in this company I learned many things like team management inbound marketing vendor management payment payout related activities and many more things

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is not in this company management doing politics with ground level employees. On the job training is not given to new joinees company is good but upper level management not good I would suggest do not joined this company if you are career oriented.

A sinking ship in terms of culture. Extreme micromanagement in fintech teams and toxic works culture and rules. Deserving employess don't get promoted. Good tech leads are getting fired. Favouritism and boot lic*ing everywhere. HR are not really taking concern and action about the problem or issues raised, only doing the formalities to just connecting with employees.

1.My personal experience Too much political with my managers 2. If your ready to drink their Elbow Water you will get your salary and variable pay as 100% Or else no VP or hikes and Appraisal

Good salary & benefits. Fast paced environment that results in good learning opportunities. Flexible work hours & support of coworkers incase of any personal emergencies. Good leave policy.

Dislikes

Appraisals aren't satisfying enough. Promotions are limited. 7 days working week resulting in a not so good work-life balance.
