...eam number which company need without providing proper assets or requirements Daily we used to work for more than 18hr and more than that aslo sometimes even though no OT no variable pay no other incentives Totally we become labours In my opinion labours work is better than ours 🤦

No worklife balance. No week offs. Company not having a plan, constantly changing the work flow. Long working hours. Every 3-4 months there is a new manager

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No hikes U will receive lesser than the commitment One labour and one executive for 4tons also Better to say it's labour work. No promotions. They'll drag you back even though u deserve to be promote just to cover ground level positions
