The pay system is genuinely good. I have received my performance rewards through a variable pay and incentive system. It's not just me; my team has it. But it is not so easy, if you can meet up the expectations, and surpass the merit standards, you are sure to receive these rewards

Decent salary Promotions and hikes are performance-based and transparently held Leaders are strong pillars, guiding and accessible when available Traning factor is good. I am getting to learn something new every time

They will give you so much work, way more than your salary you are getting, there is no work-life balance, and no holidays are given even during the Indian major festivals like Holi or Eid. Basically, you can count the number of holidays they are giving in a single year on one hand. They don't even get client projects and will lay off you suddenly without any notice. There is no cafeteria in the company, company culture is the worst, they will expect you to work on holidays also.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to like about this company, there is no work-life balance, they don't get projects, and they lay off the employees as well as the interns in large number.

A good place to work as seniors are helpful and gives a good environment to learn.

Dislikes

... lot of politics and they have an answer for every wrong thing they do with you. The compensation is also not decent as they have been paying 12K INR for the past 3 years to the interns even though the company is doing pretty well. Also, they unnecessarily increased the internship of our batch while claiming that "We are in a pandemic" which led many of the interns to leave the organization as the internship which was supposed to end in 6 months stretched to a year. There is no on-job training for freshers and you will have to learn everything by yourself and they expect you to give the best to them. They also give mentors to teams who don't have any knowledge of the team's tech stack and which eventually causes a lot of delays because of improper mentoring.

I will be honest. If you are in a state where you only wish for the best out of the best work exposure, I suggest you work here. The company encourages learning and development and has comprehensive training programs. This is all to up skill and enhance the professional development of employees continuously. So you will definitely have a significant advantage from this factor here.

well, I don't recall any, but sometimes, work gets stressed, what i have experienced.
