Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. I have to work 10- 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisals. Also , there is no job training for freshers hence seniors folks like me have to guide step by step , which is a panic sometimes.

Couple of rotten apples are always there in the Basket of fresh apples who try to make the culture bad but thanks to MD for his positive decisions

They are working as per client and always flexible in their working clutter on client demand and request.

...has no says about their team at site every thing is dependent on client mercy. Salary distribution always late. Salary slips alwaypending two three months
