Good work environment. Everyone is very supportive and management is fairly transparent. Flexibility to work from home and office in multiple locations.

Dislikes

Career growth is decent, learning is very high but salary is quite low.

I would say the worst company to work at, but do try! After 2 months, you'll know the red flags and make better choices next time.

Dislikes

Nothing is good. No work life balance, no proper management. Founders involved in micromanagement so every project you do, they are looking for mistakes to fire you. No raises, or promotions. Will leave some surpries as I don't want to spoil it for the people who are just about to get in.

Many things, terrible HR even worse management. Poor infra, no employee policies, no SOPs. Security guard of this building had more work life balance than most developers working here
