You get only satisfaction of working under big banner. But no quality work done. Working environment is not healthy. No growth of carrier and skills. Manpower turn over rate is higher. No future with that organisation.

No job guarantee. Salary and appraisal depends on your caste. Recruitment and package depends on caste not on skills. Working environment is not good. Appraisal and promotion not occurred in time .They don't judge candidate on the basis of skills, quality. All things occurred with partiality.

I enjoyed my 3.2 yrs here as a Maintenance Manager in Damburni Factory.... Management is good, they are thinking about the employees, Infact in Lockdown they paid salary and given unexpected hike. Thank you Nilons.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There are full chance to get opportunities for career growth, Salary getting on time, It is a learning platform.

There is no Job Security, Work Environment not good, There are no training provided to new comers to learn about his profiles.

...want to achieve company dream, this company will fire best performing employees. This company required only a people who work ready to at minimum salary. If your salary is high there will be high risk to your job security. I have have seen that, this company have fired a people who have 25 yrs service in Nilons just because of salary. Company does not think these employees have given his complete life to your company.
