Never get any appreciate for good work done. New joiners get higher packages and old ones not get salary as per their experience and skills. Communication gap between sales team and back office persons.

Salary comes on time ,apart from that everything is worst.

Everything, work culture is worst, Get calls after office hours, Employees are asked to work on some weekends & festival holidays. most people works to impress boss. Work life balance is not at all. Some managers take credits of their junior works. Meeting are scheduled late to extract more of your personal time.

...nd name , good product range , quality of moulded (plastic)furniture is good . Salary credited on time.

Dislikes

Work culture is worst. No one from HO will ever call you wether you are in trouble or not . Boss is like king he is very arrogent. HR never talked about employee welfare. No health insurance. Quality of ready furniture (wooden and office furniture) is not upto the mark .

Nilkamal is a good company to work with...security of your job is 100% subject to performance and discipline...work culture is OK....management is cooperative and very supportive...company policy towards employees and customers both are very strict but friendly.

...ersonal space I mean you can't take leave until unless it's that much serious...and overall no extra benefits except salary and expenses....

There is nothing to be liked in the company except the brand name. Which is on downfall because of companies market policies. Which are against the dealers.

Dislikes

Work culture is very toxic. Lots of politics top to bottom. Company gives debit note to the dealers and distributors for the billing done 1.5 prior saying that wrong discount was given to the dealer.
