Teammates are very supportive but there are more politics in company . Work environment is good.

Politics are more so I think directors should more concentrate on employees satisfaction, work life balance. There is no job security.

Director has awesome personality he is clear what he wants from Organization and what he expects from Us is also transparent. Nilaya means Pure it's in reality Pure way of giving education. If anyone from faculties to students wants any guidance Director will be always there for us which inspires and motivates me.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. They cheated me.

I want to give a 0-star rating to the institute, but unfortunately, there's no option to do so. I am forced to give it a 1-star rating. This place is a scam factory. They force you to pay in advance, but their courses are useless, and the staff & Owener is unresponsive . They only care about money, not education. Avoid this fraudulent & Unprofessional organization!If you cancel your admission to this institution, they may refuse to refund your fees.They have been holding onto my fees of 170,000 for four years.They didn't hesitate even a bit to keep Someone's hard earned money.I've sent them a legal notice, but they are ignoring it. From this, you can understand what kind of education they are providing to their students.

The team is good and management is little too stubborn with the rules and regulations plus there is no work satisfaction because compensation and benefits are not up to the mark.

Dislikes

Salary / appraisals are not good, also management is too much into themselves.
