...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company doesn't have an ease to grow therefore doesn't create much opportunities and growth options for their employees. Lesser chances of salary increment (5%-10% max.) No privacy for employees, interference of management with individual's work is very much high

Management of company is not controlled by single person I think if management is controlled by single head then it would be better may be my opinion go wrong

Learning is good. You will find new research and development projects going on which will enhance your skills. Technical head is quite helpful and shares knowledge. But the main drawback is increment is poor. They don't respect your work!

Increment is very poor. You will grow skill wise but not financially. They don't respect ang value your work.
