...y will say so many items while joining and they should not follow the policy. Delay in Salary. You have to spend money for travelling between sites and vendors sometimes due to progress/ clients requirements. But you claimable amount will take too much delay to settle by company. No career development and no job secure. My rating is less than 1.

Company having best fabrication unit, background and wast space to work. No Proper planning, they need to improve/set properly purchase team. They are not having Errection supporting tools for heavy works to execute works in site. no ontime deliverys company need to improve and make some deadline/timeline to delivery of works and tools/consumables tackles for the projects then only able to deliver and maintain the quality of work. HR policies is are too terrible, they promise to employees some at joining time, but after completion of probation period no reply if employee reported also and not at all care. Zero job security. Overtimeings morethan 12hrs.

Good working environment and culture, very good growth but I have few months , overall support from colleague etc

Very worst pay Master. Management will pretend to act like professional workingstyle, but absolutely zero in support.Their focus only on money not bother about staff Welfare.

No big support from management, but they need to accomplish the job by sucking staff blood.
