Extremely proactive and focussed team. No nonsence work culture. The MD Mr. Raman Agarwal is treamendously supportive towards good work. Its like an own home where all work together to grow in a team. One gets wrong then there is the whole team to help out and all learn together. The work culture of this company is pathetic. There is no work load but their 70% staffs are relative and the owner of this company is characterless person .he thinks he can buy a anything with money . you will under camera whole time till you are in office . you will not learn any thing here. The manegment system is pathetic.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
