Lot of office politics decent salary but no career growth. On job traning is not sufficient for new joiners. Make you wait for work after office hours. Expect you to work on Sundays. Unorganized work. More of procrastination of management will bore you. If you want to switch for other company they will suddenly have huge respect for you otherwise vilify you even infront of juniors.

Likes

Very good company working in HVAC Industry from long time. One can get in depth knowledge about HVAC Industry. I feel it is a institute where one gets hands on knowledge. People who once have worked here now they have achieved big position in well known companies.

Dislikes

...lebrations. No extra activities. Management has no feelings for their employees. They pay you and you work for them.Thats it. Nothing more than it. One can join Nikhil Comforts only if he / she is a fresher.

Most Important part of Nikhil comforts is, they provide start to all the Graduate engineer trainee (GET) which i believe is very much crucial. GET do get direct exposure to handling clients & consultants at various occasions. Teams are friendly in nature and you will not find much hierarchy in the organization. Seniors are always reachable at any point of time.

Dislikes

May be due to some financial crisis, salary was never on time during my tenure up to 201, which later on might have changed. Food allowances paid were not enough if you are deputed outside Mumbai. If you don't track the voucher then it was bound to get amount deducted during approval process and it take so long that people lose track of vouchers. Managers should train the GET to manage engineering works, most of the time engineer work under the supervisor which doesn't help him grow as he/she should. Trainings sessions are not conducted to upgrade the professional skills.

Good for beginners, as you will get a clear idea of MEP.Whether you are from electrical or mechanical background they will encourage you to learn the whole MEP package.

Dislikes

Work load is more but it is the part of Engineers life, no hard work no success.

Likes

Easy access to all levels within the company. Not that they will help you willingly. Good for freshers to learn basics here.

Dislikes

Worst management. Company isn't registered so beware. They make policies as they desire. Extreme late working hours without any appreciation and stupid late mark policies. Also no scope for personal development. Zero perks.
