job security , as they don't fire anybody because they have lowest possible salary of there new employee

overtime , no extra perks , overtime compensation forget compensation they don't even appreciate . if you are joining there most probably you will stay inside the campus , which will completly saturate from the entire word . my office(can't name it ) require daily 11 hour of work . your boss will most probably doing stock market . saturday off is gimick sometime you have to work on sunday also (no extra pay) . if you are joining most probably have to eat in mess ( you will not like food) . no vehicle for market.and nobody will respect(which includes even guard) THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY FOR EXECUTIVE POSSITION OTHER MAY HAVE DIFFERENT OPENION

Salary offered was good comparing the other university

Dislikes

There was no scope of research, no freedom of choosing teaching methods and overall the environment was filled with incapable employees who are always insecure whenever they see people better qualified than them then start trying to degrade them to secure their position which is very unprofessional.

Good Place to learn, owners are very cordial and give each faculty member respect that they deserve. You will get good appraisals if you are doing well

Dislikes

Senior Management which apparently runs the Institute, is adamant, and will not listen to any logic. Apparently this causes lot biasness in the appraisal process. Senior Leaders will question faculties on the grades you give to the students, the marks you give them. Promotion process is a black box, no one knows how one gets promoted, you will only get reasons why you will not get promoted, not how you can. Appraisals are good though.

academics and learning process is quite satisfactory

Dislikes

worst management, feels like jail in the university, there's nothing around campus also going out from campus is quite hectic process, restrictions in every thing, bad food , many more tbh there's very few good things in university everything feels like jail

A seamless, transparent and tension free environment. It permits integration at various levels without inhibition. A completely pollution free clean and green environment. Professional, enthusiastic and motivated team mates.

Dislikes

Nothing really, except that we are slightly away from a big city.
