The most thing I liked about this company is the work Life balance

...isgusting Overall the company police is good but on hirercy level it goes worst. The salary is not worthy according to the work I have been done

Work Life Balance is very good in the company. Managers are good except some micromanagers. Team will also be supportive.

Dislikes

Do not expect in terms or salary and appraisals, even promotions are going to be even slower than the speed of snail. Need to be aware of internal politics.

There is nothing to like about this company. This company hires people 365 days that too in bulk, also attrition rate of employee is so low that every second day at-least 5 employees are putting resigns

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero. They will expect you to work 24 hours a day with a salary of 6 hours a day. Apart from it there is no scope of personal development. Many projects doesn't have option where personnel can train themselves with the courses or skills that sre interested in. NIIT runs in manager’s decision, HR are sold puppies.

1- For every issue only field trainer is responsible even if it from client side. 2- No job security as its a contractual job they are giving 1 year contract and on every year they will renew. 3- From past 4 years no appraisal 4- Project lead (Manager) is very arrogant and misbehaved person. so much....

...your smart or hard work in fact the management always thinks about cost cutting. CTC structure looks terrible and in hand salary is far away from CTC. If the employee feels demotivated or frustrated and stands for anything wrong done with them and reaches for the HR support then instead of talking to the employee they first meet with the managers and afterwards try to humiliate the employee. No support given by the HR ever. If the team is coordinating and doing the great job, they still have a problem with it.

...er given a chance to explain my self. I was never given a chance for any growth. Salary increment is the worst part in NIIT as a worker can compromise with anything but cannot work without salary increment.
