It's a very nice experience working with NIIT GIS LTD.... I quit the job only due to less salary package... Overall it was very good experience working with NIIT GIS LTD..... All the best for future....☺️☺️☺️

I have learned how to handle the high volume of work with in framed timeline. My skills have been improved, received appreciations by clients, trained new trainees.

Dislikes

There is a huge lack of management. Uniform work have not distributed among team members, some employees are overloaded by workload and some are roaming free at the organization. Low increment, no professionalism, sometimes leads start shouting at you on the floor.

Likes

I have only worked at client location i.e. a local government body. So working there, the company was not concerned about the Infrastructure and facilities at that location. They completely ignored those things and wanted the 100%dedication towards work. They were only concerned about the money we were making for them. Not a good experience.

Dislikes

As I mentioned above, they were only concerned about the money and their product sell and not about their employees who were actually working there without any good infra and facilities.
