Management needs to improve the working culture, as an employee did not find any skill development work, people working for 5- 10 yrs are really demotivated and feel very underconfident, as there is no growth, no promotions, therefore no career growth. Japanese companies have way better culture. HR department consist of 1 lady, who thinks herself as the principal of Nihon kohden school, policies are changed as per her wish, there is no scope of innovation or betterment in ideas of improving the work culture, as there is no value of ideas.

The product range is good and as Japanese subsidiary all imported product is good in quality.

Dislikes

The company culture is terrible, salary credit 7th of every month or sometimes delay, No transparency from HR administration. No policy for employees.

Healthy Environment, good Support on feild from seniors and couligues, independent work culture, less politics, sturdy equipments and good company reputation in market.

Dislikes

Poor company policies, average Sallery and expenses, poor hiarchy levels, one man army as an admin, less company power in India, outdated technology in medical equipment, no regional offices except Gurgaon, Huge Non technical works done by the feild staffs in his defined territory, poor employee values and less employees nos and sales in eastern part of the india.
