A very pathetic experience . I worked in Juristic project , was a good employee and worked hard. The Scrum master and the manager present at the Client location respected my work . Still the Delivery manager at the Nihilent office threw me out of project without any reason . What a game they are playing with people's careers and aspirations .

No promotions, or dry promotions. No WFH allowed if it's it's your need. No work life balance. Forced to work after office hours and no OT/Comp off provided No healthy internet at office environment. No enough parking space. No enough cafeteria space for lunch

...ing words to their employee whether you are male or female, doesn't matter. 3) they force to work for extra hours but they don't pay for it. They also force to work on weekends. 4) in terms of appraisal, 🤣🤣🤣. They are worst .
