100% No job security. I had almost 11 years of clinical experience. As I worked as a clinical nurse in nightingale home health service I had a very bad experience from management. I worked almost 2year and 4months in this company. First 1.6year no issues at all. Then the yearly increment was happened. After that they made the rule changed. They are giving pressure to somestaff to sent them out. Collecting all feedbacks from clients and focusing only the negatives and giving pressure to staff. Duty hours is 12 hours and travel everything served almost 14-15 hrs to company everyday. They are finding the reason to terminate me but they didn't get the proper reason to do that. At last I gave the paper because I am not able to work with a free mind, the pressure was that much. Nobody is 100% perfect. Thank you Sis Moksha and Mrs. Manju Abraham

Everything is good and nightingales policies are good some of the employees are too gud and hr and others are gud but some of the head authorities administrator are not gud they don’t give respect for the employee but nightingales company policies and who ever the head of the company is there awesome because of them nightingales is still on the gud path just five stars but it worth for 10 stars
