...s no job security,because one can be fired anytime even without no COMPENSATION.salary is a little bit okay but the third party employees are really been cheated and not been treated well,while they are the one that do the hardest work and even most of the work.some even do 12hrs work per shift and without no compensation and overtime.the work environment is also very ok.

No Job security,third parties staff are been treated like animals,salary is too low etc.

Their is good team work network, training when their is knowledge gap and development of workers and a good safety working environment.

Dislikes

Management and full trainee employees should take third parties as one of them, this will grow a sense of belonging in the mind of third parties which will also create an effective team work and help in growing the business at large

Nigerian Breweries plc is a very good company that is ready to train any of their employee to any extend, but at the same time Nigerian Breweries doe not care how much was spent to trained you if the company wish to send away such an employee

Dislikes

The way Nigerian Breweries is sacking or retrenching her employee these days is terrible , there is no more job security in Nigerian Breweries unlike before.

Nigerian Breweries denied me of a job opportunity even when I was over qualified. They get new intakes through staff in the organisation and place job recruitment advertisements online to impress the government.
