I mostly like working culture and company focus on employee training and Learning.

Compensation is Decent and Growth is slow. Working pressure is very high some time Sunday also working and Managers do not approve leaves as per prior information . Leave taken process very difficult.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Less compensation, Work life balance for responsible person. Actual appraisal and salary growth not up to mark... No free transportation for seniors (Middle management). Only limited location. Off time support poor.

If you want to put your job on risk, you can surely join otherwise don't join this company as few cunning(Ghatia) people from Indian management and Japanese don't care of you. If you come infront of their ego your career will be directly terminated without asking any notice period and you will be blamed for any pathetic reason. Please think about yourself and your family before joining this company because later you will not have anything with you.
