...m, manipulation by Managers, Seniors Managers etc. Lack of opportunity & growth. Bare minimum salary increment, below industry standards, with no increment sometimes. Excessive office politics. Managers perception of you can make or break your career here.

No job security even its a big brand to work They fired on short term notice specially the higher designation or experienced person. Office politics and being spoon might effect your mental health.

Good working environment, Open culture, flexible hours, work from home policy.

Dislikes

Very less promotions, unstable international markets, no bonus, no gift on festivals, Job security, office politics, favoritism, very less personal growth, use tools which are only use in NIQ.

Please help me get my reliving letter, experience letter, resignation acceptance letter and last salary slip from OTI department of pune Hub team. No one is responding me on my emails. I had to leave because of medical emergency in 6 months.

...e automation are available but sometimes same kind work only repeatedly getting. Salary hike is okay compare to other organisation Job security not sure so far nothing heard bad way Work is somewhat alright but still need to work more in depth in cloud tech stacks

Learnings needs to be enhanced Needs to be migrated all the projects into cloud, still there are lot of projects in on premises Need to avoid same kind of automation
