...ning might be a better option because the toxic management can ruin your career. In particular, the OPS Manager (Michael Rodney Fernando) does not give promotions or salary hikes to the right people. Instead, he surrounds himself with a group of yes-man, fawners, and apple polishers. Additionally, the EU-RD managers lack knowledge of processes but still demand KPI maintenance.
