The compensation is well below the market average. It's like you compromise on the salary to learn and develop skills, work in amazing projects, job satisfaction and mental health. But this can only be accepted till a certain point.

...on my work; after seeing my achievements & credits they used to congratulate me. But they are not willing to promote me or hike my salary or don't want to input in company role. 5. Every single person deliberately forcefully blame others for their own mistakes. 6. My seniors evey edge moment commited something to me but whenever the time comes to fulfill their commitment they back out from their given words. Though it was verbal commitment so you don't have any option to claim. 7. To get the great output they used to lie with theirs colleagues. But after getting the output from you they will not entertain you. 8. You have to work on holidays sometimes. 9. As I am a contractual employee, so everyone used to remind me I am not belongs to them with theirs behaviour. 10. They don't want the contractual persons on their activities.

Likes

The work life balance is good as the pressure is usually low. The job security is also good. They are many leaves which one can avail here which most other organisations does not provide.

Dislikes

Salary - Management is very poor. They make sure we are paid the lowest and our salary doesn't increase at all. Also, the HR department does not even pay any heed to our referrals because if they take our referrals, they would have to pay us. Growth - Also, there is no growth in this organization as the department I am working has no specific heiarchy set. Switching roles - Switching between departments within NielsenIQ also does not happen. Learning - I did not feel there is a good curving curve here. They also restrict you to learn only the tools they have to work on which is very limited and if you want to get exposure in tools which are used in the market, you have to learn it up by yourself. Incentive - They also do not have any incentive system in place where one would get rewarded if they have outperformed others.

Great work life balance, flexible work environment. Seniors and colleagues are approachable. Communication and opinions are encouraged across all levels of management.

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with its immediate competition. This results in a drain of skilled people in spite the good work environment. Upskilling and career growth opportunities are also not as expected.

...ning might be a better option because the toxic management can ruin your career. In particular, the OPS Manager (Michael Rodney Fernando) does not give promotions or salary hikes to the right people. Instead, he surrounds himself with a group of yes-man, who is worst creature ever such worst fellow. Additionally, the EU-RD managers lack knowledge of processes but still demand KPI maintenance. One good thing is EU - RD especially this guy Michael fernando Rodney team has been continuously dropping paper and because of this guy the company attrition rate is increasing. Feeling only to remaing people in his team only God can save them don't know the process and simply shouting the team to achieve KPIs
