Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Senior employees shouting on junior employees,they dont have patiancy to ask behind the reason ,may be littile bit work pressure one of the reason for shouting like this,otherwise all are good,

I worked nearly 3years in nicomac. I work in projects side. I really not suffer in that job. I workd projects in Assam , Gujarat, kolkatha , Delhi . It's not my company it's my family feeling very happy to say this words.
