Only salary is good but no learning skill is there. Work environment very poor. No one interested to help you regarding your products and services.

No transparency between store staff and backend team. Nicobar is not a staff oriented company no worth to work with this company very bad experience in my job career.

The brands looks great from the outside with very well deceptive projection. The people and environment are truly amazing, but only for the first few days. The office is nice.

No job security. The probation period is a joke. Impatient to judge and analyse the new joiners. Next to no room for new creativity. No absolute help from the seniors. Impractical office structure for the extreme weathers like summer and monsoon. Politics, politics, and politics.

The City manager is not competent to handle the stores , she leaves it on the staff to sacrifice their holidays, doesn't help in arranging staff or any kind of help.
