...ployee. Company also has a proper training program for the interns and freshers. On-time salary is a major point to be consider during this pandemic. Also company provides WFH facility.

The only thing it's kind of a good company for interns and juniors to learn, as they give a lot of work and pressure.

Unrealistic timelines of the projects, and work pressure, multiple projects at the same time and expect to complete as soon as possible.

Everything, From the top management to the fresher everyone is playing politics. The manager he's the most worst manager ever. If you will not agree to his statement, he'll fire you on the spot even if your probation is over. Even the CTO is also involved in the politics. So if you're planning to join this company. It's my strong recommendation not to join this company. You don't have any job security in this company. Even if you're working good ,they will fire you.
