Nhk automotive is one of most spring manufacturing plant in india. Work environment is very good. There is systematic planning of work as per costumers requirements. Great team work.

The company is Japanese Mnc which manufacturing Springs for Automobile Industries in India with together total plants in quantity of 3 numbers in Midc areas in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra (India). The company is open to innovation and readily adapts latest technology for the continuously improvement in production quality with quantity. I love the fact that I was a part of a leading team members that has aglobal client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow due to market fluctuations in automobile sector & Government policy.

Nothing much... But colleague with same level and scale we're cooperative as we all were of same age and experience

No training, no job security, no career growth, no appraisal, bad work environment, manegment is skill less

Last 2 month work pressure is very high. Top management do not value an individuals. Did not time to time increment.

Indian people who are now so called top management and who are there since last 25 + years are interested only in playing politics.no good place for corporate professional.Not good place for career oriented professionals.
