I dislike very slow rate of growth, lack of individual growth plans, imbalance in salary structure of experienced and newly joined employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary growth is regularly year to year but career growth is slow.
