Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary growth is regularly year to year but career growth is slow.

Learning more on daily basis, even global team us giving some programs to learn day to day trends and keeping us on the track

The salary and the appraisal is terrible, expecting the employee to work to the fullest and paying an yearly appraisal of 5-7% which is not in the mnc standards. The market salary of the position is not given

If you do any blunder mistake the firm can show you path today's gate,less job security and low pay scale as compared to other companies!!!
