...an't gain experience from others. No time limit for work. Very poor management. Do not expect anything (perks, facilities) without salary. You can get experience by doing self study only. They didn't compensate over time work hours. You have to do more and more work in less and less time. Otherwise you have to complete work by staying in office extra time.
