Management is not at all good. They hire unprofessional people. Policies, meetings and everything else is very bad. Groupism and politics will make you feel mentally exhausted. You won't be left with any quality of life.

There was nothing to like about that organisation. They hire easily and they do not provide any kind of experience letter to their employees after they leave the company.

Dislikes

The culture, the upper management, the upper authorities do not care about their employees whether they are directly hired by NFCI or the franchise. They always urge you to make useless documents and always push you to report to the management unnecessarily.
