...day and night shift allowance, after working 13 years 10 years they laid off my team members just because their salary is high, they don't even realised that their salary is high because of their tenureship because of their experience, managers needed their puppies instead of hard workers and there is many more things that proofs nexval as a bad and worst company

... humiliated good peoples because they concentrate in work not in butter pasting 4: they laid off 13 years experienced employees just because their salary is high now Etc etc

For freshers it's a good company to start career.

Dislikes

You have to do extra hours even weekend also but don't expect any compensation for this even after years also, no shift allowance, no promotion (eligible those who can do oiling), no work life balance and so on.

Managers are very good , salary on time, colleagues are quiet helpful, transport service is there.

Dislikes

1. Horrible Team Leads that is less educated. 2. HR is coming in funky dress which describes the companies culture then and there. 3. AVP coming in round neck t-shirt and in colorful trousers. 4. Poor Salary Structure. 5. Leads and HR will not give you incentive even if you perform well , they will say only next month and they digest the money between themselves.

This is a US Mortgage company. A part of the team works for Investment Banking. The Clients are based in US they are really helpful, motivating. I'm really happy that I was a part of that team.

Dislikes

Compensation is okay and slow in growth. The work pressure is high at beginning and at the end of the month. The manager was really helpful but once u decide to move on in life (put your papers) they play a lot of mind games and put a frowning face and treat us literally like dog. First of all they should learn how to treat there subordinates and then comes the hierarchy level. Apart from this this is a good company.
