Carreer growth is too slow. They will show you that they are doing enough for you.Work life balance is terrible. Most of the time you have to do 12 hrs duty .

Salary is just about average compared to industry. Appraisals are based more on subjective assessments rather than measurable parameters. And there are hardly any benefits.

Company is good they care for their employees. You get free lunch. HR and majority of the people are good.

Dislikes

If you are planning to join operations at Mumbai office then please be ready for mental torture. The manager over there is not capable one but just someone who got promoted because of working for many years. Too much micro-managememt , zero training, zero efforts from the manager, always angry, trying to prove you wrong, creating unhealthy competition between colleagues,no proper communication and you need telepathy to understand what the manager says. Basically it's better to join somewhere else. Marketing team however is good and people are welcoming.

Great place to work,Organization focused on employees skills development by regular training. Lots of opportunity for carrier growth. HR really takes care of their employees.
